Biography
Sue Peachey joined the Parish Council in July 2020 having been inspired to do so after participating in the first ever climate assembly held in the UK. The assembly was set up by six parliamentary committees by bringing together a representative group of citizens to generate ideas on how
parliament could achieve net zero by 2050. After learning about the impact of climate change Sue recognised that becoming councillor could give her an opportunity to share her enthusiasm and to encourage and support her local community to adapt to a greener future.
Sue is Bath born and bred and she has lived in various places around the city and settled in Batheaston in 2003. She has a large family who all still live in and around Bath. Sue has had a varied career from Fishmonger to Risk Management. She is currently working as a House Manager at a development of retirement apartments in Bristol.
In her spare time Sue enjoys listening to music and is learning to play the piano.
