Full council meetings
Council will next meet on Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 7:15pm in the Rhymes Pavilion.
Batheaston Parish Council normally meets once a month, on a Tuesday evening, typically the 2nd Tuesday in the month, with the exception of August.
Agenda items are put forward by Councillors, and the Clerk, and are published at least 3 working days prior to the meeting - on this web site, and on council notice boards. The Supporting Documents referenced in the Agenda are published on the web site. Draft minutes are published as soon as practical after the meeting - replaced by 'approved' minutes once these have been approved at a subsequent Council meeting.
Members of the public are very welcome to attend meetings, and may speak to the meeting about an item on the agenda, if they wish, at the start of the meeting. If you wish to speak, please do contact the Clerk in advance, to assist with efficient planning of the session.
