Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for 2023-24
Every year, the Council is required to prepare financial and other information, which is subject to an internal audit, and is then submitted for external audit. The documents were prepared by the Clerk, audited by the Council's appointed Internal Auditor, and approved at the Council meeting, 18th June 2024.
They were submitted to external audit on the following day, 19th June 2024, and their report is awaited (expected in late summer). It will be published here when we have it.
During the period from Thursday 20th June to Thursday 1st August 2024, the public have the right to review the accounts in detail, by contacting the clerk, as below. See the formal notice here.
